Boerewors à la Chill Chilli
Ingredients:

500g boerewors

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp peri-peri spice

1 tbsp olive oil

Mango chutney, for drizzling
Steps:

Preheat braai to medium heat.

Mix paprika, peri-peri, and olive oil in a bowl. Brush over boerewors.

Grill boerewors, turning occasionally, 12–15 mins until cooked through.

Serve hot with a generous drizzle of mango chutney.
Serving Tip:
Pair with pap or crusty bread.
